1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts
  • Customized or special-order items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@leafcey.com within the return period.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refund Policy

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • You will be notified once the refund has been completed.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos or videos as evidence.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

7. UK Faulty-Goods Rights

For UK customers, this policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not limit or replace those rights.

  • Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
  • If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they are supposed to do, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, and/or compensation.
  • If you reject faulty goods within the short-term rejection period, you may be entitled to a full refund.
  • If a fault is discovered after the short-term rejection period, you may be entitled to a free repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is unavailable, unsuccessful, not completed within a reasonable time, or causes significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final right to reject.
  • If a fault is discovered within 6 months of delivery, it is generally treated as having been present at delivery unless we can show otherwise.
  • Customers may have up to 6 years to bring a claim in England and Wales, or 5 years in Scotland. This does not mean every product is expected to last that long; it is the legal time limit for bringing a claim.
  • Your rights apply whether the item was sold at full price or in a sale. Any warranty or guarantee is separate from, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it must go through the return process.
  • After a cancellation request is approved, customers have an additional 14-day return window to return eligible items, subject to the return conditions above.

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
